NOTICE FOR TEACHING STAFF

 

 

            All the teaching staff members are requested that:

1.                Take your classes regularly with well prepared lecturers to  attract the students to the classroom.

2.                The number of students present in the class will be the measure of efficiency of the teacher.

3.                Strictly follow the lesson plan issued by the Govt , take mid terms Examinations and submit the results to the Controller of Examinations without any delay.

The Higher Education Department Govt. of the Punjab has taken serious view about the situation of class work at this college and the defaulters may bear the consequences.

B.S. Mid Term Examination 2010

 

 

It is hereby informed to all the students of B.S. classes that the Mid Term Examination for B.S. classes will commence with effect from 20.12.2010. Relevant teachers are requested to schedule their papers. The teachers will give one hour test containing 25 marks.

All classes will continue as per time table. No preparation leave or vacant period will be given to the students. The daily class work will remain continued before and after the paper without any interval. The result will be submitted to the controller of examinations on the very next day after the date of the examination without delay.

Confirmation of B.S. Admission Cancellation

 

The cancellation of admission of B.S Students bearing following Roll Nos is confirmed due to long absence from their classes and their registration with the University have also been cancelled.

6.       B.S. in Islamiat  Roll Nos.    1, 8

7.       B.S. in Business Administration   Roll Nos.  16, 17, 79 & 83

NOTE:    The above mentioned students may submit final appeal for re-admission to the

undersigned till 11.12.2010 after which they will be provided no opportunity of re-admission.                                  

B.S. Re-Admission Allowed

The re-admission of the students bearing following Roll Numbers of B.S Classes is allowed after submission of affidavit that they will not remain absent their classes in future.
